If you want to know how my personal weight loss journey started, I’ll tell you about a time when I was anything but healthy. I was overweight, unfit and my diet was toxic. I told myself that I was too busy to exercise and practically lived off of junk food, sugary drinks and beer. In time, I came to the realization that my lifestyle choices were draining my energy, health and confidence and making me feel terrible about myself. That’s when I decided to make a change for good. I immersed myself into my fitness lifestyle and have never looked back.
It was a difficult journey out of my bad habits, but I stuck with it and the results paid off in the end. When I changed my daily routine, I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and cognitive function, among other things. 7 years later, I’m proud to say that I am reaping the benefits of my decision to change my lifestyle every day. I sleep better, wake up with more energy, feel better about myself and enjoy the experience of being alive in my body. Now I’m on a mission to help individuals who find themselves where I was all those years before to make the change and proactively improve their quality of life.
